Bahareh joined the firm in 2003 and is a strong advocate for protecting the rights of injured people. Her practice is currently focused on representing injured railroad workers, general personal injury law, and employment law. She was nominated by her peers and selected to be a 2010 Rising Star as reported by Washington Law & Politics magazine.

Bahareh received her law degree from Seattle University School of Law in 2002. She earned degrees in Communications and Political Science from the University of Washington in 1998.
