James "Jay" Blazey joined Rossi Vucinovich Flaskamp PC in January 2011. Jay graduated from Seattle University's School of Law in 2010 and is a member of the Washington State Bar Association. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Washington in Political Science.

Jay focuses primarily on legal writing and research for both FELA and non-FELA cases, in addition to handling discrimination cases under the Federal Rail Safety Act (FRSA) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Jay has served as pro bono attorney for the Northwest Immigrants Rights Project since October 2010 providing representation to those who could not otherwise afford an attorney.
